"After coming from another agent I had for almost 20 years, (who never called me annually, sent me a birthday or even a “thanks for your business” postcard) Pam and her entire team are a breath of fresh air! Pam’s deep knowledge and caring about how (and what) insurance fits best for my business and family is really impressive. I’m not an insurance expert and it can get confusing sometimes, but Pam has the gift of explaining things in a simple understandable way. She explained all my options, always taking my risk into consideration, and I felt confident with what we decided upon. Note that I said WE decided. First time I left an insurance agents office feeling good about it and that I’ve found the right person! BIG shout out to Lashea and Lyz in the office for always answering my questions and helping me process things. They’re always friendly, easy to work with and equally knowledgeable!
