"I have been with State Farm since March of 1986. At first only for auto coverage, then for renters, a second vehicle, then for Home and Life coverage. I have been with Pam for 20+ years. In my experience, Pam has become so much more than just an agent. She's a friend, mentor and guide through life as my insurance needs have changed. From getting home owners coverage...and then a second vehicle for my wife. Then coverage for our babies, then additional life coverage for me...then our boys started driving... the list goes on. At every turn, Pam has been there. Pam is human, and as such, she can make mistakes, or make decisions that I don't necessarily agree with or appreciate, but that's because I'm human too. Pam did NOT approve a roof repair I wanted to claim that cost me a very large sum to cover myself...but she took the time to explain why, and that was worth every penny I've ever paid for the coverage I have. There was another time that Pam "totaled" my most favorite vehicle I have ever owned when I got in to a tiny little fender bender, which I thought was silly...until she explained why. I've not received a call back from Lashae right away before when I think I should have...and I've walked in and asked her a question and felt like she wasn't all warm and fuzzy...that's because she's working... very hard... for her customers, and she may not be focusing on me. But I assure you, NOBODY works harder then Lashae when you need assistance. If you take just a few minutes...and sit and chat with Pam...or Lashae, you will find out EXACTLY why I have been a client at their office...and will be as long as I'm on this Rock we call home. They are the best folks in the business. I'm proud to call them friends. They are far more than insurance agents to me...and they will be the same for you, if you're not some delusional dim-wit that thinks the world revolves around you and everything must stop and all must service you when you step in the door.
