"Leaving a review is the only way the office responds. I can leave messages and no one calls. I get a text response to say they got my call and no one calls. They need more or better staff. I removed the last negative review after Pam called to apologize for her staff. I don't understand how others get through and serviced."

"We have been auto and homeowner policy holders for 9 years with Pam and her amazing staff. Pam is extremely knowledgeable so when we retired and started looking at our options for Medicare supplements, we were totally confused and reached out to Pam for guidance. Pam spent hours going over ALL our options, explaining them in detail, making sure we understood the differences. No pressure just excellent information. Ultimately we chose a State Farm supplement and very glad we did. Pam and her staff go above and beyond....patient, caring and always there when you need them. Response time is awesome ."

"Great service, friendly, and a place you can make jokes and laugh with the people that work there. I just recently moved to Arizona from Vegas and Lashea got me the best deal that saved me money and I felt she genuinely wanted what was best for me. I Also had conversations with Lyz and Pam(the owner). Had great introductions with both of them, Pam even came into Lashea’s office to personally introduce herself to me. "Everyone's situation is different, but we had a few glass claims on our insurance and then added a teenage driver. Our rates became unaffordable. We decided to shop around and then I met Brad. "I give Lashea at this agency 0 stars. I tried to verify coverage to help a mutual client verify she had full glass coverage for a free windshield replacement and she was very rude and decided to go running to call the client and convince her to cancel. Whenever I call Statefarm agencies they only require a policy number and vin number to verify Lashea here decided otherwise."
