I have a BS in Finance, Marketing and Risk Management & Insurance. This was the perfect pre-curser to what I do as a State Farm agent.
I started with State Farm in 1993 as a fire underwriter and became an agent in 2000. I am an active and engaged agent and you will likely find me on your left when you walk into the agency!

MORE ABOUT ME:
I was born into an Air Force family in upper state New York. I moved around the U.S. during my elementary years and lived in the Netherlands (Holland) during my junior high school years with my parents and brother. We landed in San Antonio Texas for my high school years and then I moved to Austin Texas to attend and graduate from The University of Texas at Austin. Hook 'em horns!
Dan and I have been married since 1987, and we have a 20-year-old son named Chris. We enjoyed guiding him thru his high school years and attending his basketball /volleyball games and golf matches. Chris will be starting his junior year at Benedictine University and Grand Canyon University this Fall. He is also on the men's golf team. We are looking forward to going to his golf matches and seeing what this semester provides. We love pets and have 2 rambunctious cats - Mahina and Ike. I love to be active outside walking, hiking, running, golfing, landscape trimming, ElliptiGO riding, SUPn and skiing.
My passion and purpose are to help others achieve their financial goals, manage their risk and protect their assets by listening and getting to know them. It is so much fun to help others see how the financial and risk management worlds work together in achieving their goals while also protecting what is important to them. LaShea Arnold: LaShea has been with State Farm since 1993 and with the agency since 2002. She is a graduate of ASU. LaShea is a licensed agent (Property and Casualty, Life and Health, and other) for over 23 years. LaShea is a wealth of knowledge on auto insurance and home insurance and especially enjoys business lines/commercial insurance and life insurance. LaShea loves learning new things and is licensed in all that we do at the agency. LaShea loves helping people and she looks forward to speaking with you!
Natasha Johnson: Natasha comes to us from Montana and has been with the agency since 2020. She recently moved back to Montana to be near family and works remotely from Montana. Natasha is a licensed agent (Property and Casualty, Life and Health). She provides home, renters, boat, personal articles, personal liability umbrella, auto, motorcycle, golf cart, RV, and sand rail quotes. Natasha also assists with billing and drive safe and save (DSS). She also is a calming voice when there is a claim. Although we share a last name, Natasha and I are not related. Natasha is great at solving problems and is happy to help you!
Vanessa Sanchez: Vanessa recently became a licensed Property and Casualty agent with our agency. She enjoys assisting you with your auto and home quotes. Outside of work, Vanessa loves running and going to the gym.
Makaya Perks: Makaya “Kaya” (pronounced KI-ya) joined our team in June, as a licensed Property and Casualty agent. She comes to us with a background in life insurance and a passion for helping people. We’re excited to have Kaya on board to assist you with your insurance needs.
Barbara Young: Barbara is Pam's mom, and she writes our greeting cards and keeps us organized when she is not playing pool or quilting.
Christopher Johnson: Chris, Pam’s 20-year-old son, is a junior at Benedictine University and Grand Canyon University. He is also a member of their golf teams. He’s interested in pursuing a career in the medical field and may attend medical school after graduation. Chris works part-time at the agency, assisting behind the scenes, and you might hear from him on your birthday or regarding a glass claim.
Carrie Kidd: Meet Carrie, our newest team member and the friendly face at the lobby desk. She assists with payments and payment questions, and while she’s not licensed to answer policy questions, she’s always ready to take a message and connect you with the right person. Carrie also serves as our executive assistant, helping keep the agency running smoothly.
